The wellness wing sits behind the lodge, separated from guest rooms by a moss path and a wall of stacked stone. Cedar scent, low light, and the sound of the plunge spring — built for recovery after mountain walks or long drives up the valley.

Soft steam at 45–55°C (113–131°F) infused with eucalyptus on request. Benches in a circular layout; ceiling drips condensation that smells of resin.
Spring-fed basin at 8°C (46°F), stone-lined, three steps deep. Outdoor access from both sauna rooms via a covered walkway — robes and sandals provided.

Overnight guests receive complimentary access during posted hours. Day passes are available for non-guests when space permits — inquire at the front desk. Private sessions for couples or small groups can be reserved for early morning (8:00–10:00 a.m.) on weekdays.
Hydrate before and after sessions. Herbal tea is available in the anteroom. Lockers use guest room keys or day-pass codes.
