Optional entertainment. Personal limits. Real support.

Responsible Play

The Ember Den at Aldermoor Lodge offers on-premises gaming for adults who choose it. It is separate from your room, never mandatory, and never available online through this website. We expect guests to treat cash play as paid leisure — not income, not escape, not a way to recover losses.

Age & Legal Requirements

Entry to the Ember Den requires valid government photo ID proving you meet the legal age for gaming in our jurisdiction (18+ where permitted). Staff verify ID at the door every visit. Minors are not permitted in the gaming area at any time. There is no age verification overlay on this website — requirements are enforced on premises only.

Optional by Design

You can stay at Aldermoor Lodge, dine, use the sauna, and enjoy evening programming without ever entering the Ember Den. Gaming is one amenity among many, not a condition of booking. No real-money wagering is processed through these web pages.

Budget & Time Limits

Before You Play

  • Decide how much cash you can afford to lose — treat it like a concert ticket or dinner out
  • Set a time limit and plan a break in the hearth lounge or on the ridge walk
  • Never gamble with borrowed money or funds meant for essentials
  • Do not chase losses; walking away is always available

On-Site Tools

Ember Den staff can explain house buy-in limits and voluntary cooling-off periods during your stay. Ask at the door or through the front desk. We cannot monitor your finances, but we will respect self-imposed limits you communicate to staff.

If gaming stops feeling fun — if you feel anxious, irritable, or compelled to continue — stop and seek support. That is a sign to leave the room, not to play more.

Self-Exclusion & Lodge Contact

You may request voluntary exclusion from the Ember Den for the duration of your stay or for a longer period coordinated with lodge management. Contact the front desk by phone at +1 (702) 555-1042 or Email the front desk with the subject line "Self-exclusion request." We will confirm your request in writing and instruct Ember Den staff accordingly.

Independent Help Organisations

The organisations below operate independently of Aldermoor Lodge and OMD Kundesenter. We list them for reference only and do not control their services, advice, or availability.

If you or someone you know shows signs of problem gambling — hiding play, lying about losses, neglecting work or relationships — please reach out to one of these organisations promptly.

What This Website Does Not Do

These pages provide information about Aldermoor Lodge and its optional gaming room. They do not accept bets, create player accounts, process deposits or withdrawals, or verify age through popups or overlays. All gaming activity occurs only in the physical Ember Den under staff supervision and house rules.
